Elevated levels of component deterioration, vibration, noise and safety considerations during assembly and lack of ease of handling.
Solution:
Nylacast’s advanced copolymer Aquanyl 612.
A solution that enhanced the roller's wear life and impact strength. The material's outstanding damping properties reduce noise, while simultaneously reducing weight to 1/7th of the weight of cast iron. Collectively, these attributes ensured that the Drum Support Roller outperformed the Cast Iron version, contributing to improved performance and safety.
