Nylon Bushes
Machine Engineered Polymer Solutions with safety and efficiency in mind.
What is a Nylon Bush?
Nylon Bushes are mechanical components produced to reduce the coefficient of friction, absorb shock, and reduce wear between moving parts. Nylon Bushings act as a lining between components, often in rotating or sliding applications, and are frequently used as a replacement material for traditional bronze, steel and thermosett material bushings.
The use of advanced polymers, particularly cast nylon material grades, offers significant advantages in bush applications. These materials often eliminate the need for external lubrication, while enhancing durability and performance, making them ideal for equipment operating in harsh environments.

Advantages of Nylacast Polymer Bush Solutions
Nylacast grades of thermoplastics are commonly used as bushings on newly designed and existing / modified equipment with the following features and benefits:
- A replacement material for traditionally used bronze, steel and thermosett materials.
- Decreased machinery service downtime due to low friction and outstanding wear resistance results.
- Little or no lubrication required, extended greasing intervals.
- Lightweight and corrosion free.
Cast nylon bushes are used in numerous machine groups, such as, Backhoe loaders, Articulated Dump Trucks, Wheel Loaders etc, as well as numerous applications such as, Hydraulic linkage points, Hitch bushes, Boom bushes, Hydraulic bushes, Steering bushes, and pivot bushes.
