CNC Programmer

Reports to: Production Manager

Brief overview of job role:

As a CNC Programmer you will be a pivotal member of the Manufacturing Team, utilizing your knowledge of 4 & 5 axis CNC Machining skills to optimize programs and machine efficiency

Main duties include:

  • Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency
  • Undertake any off-set changes to the programme to ensure the components are produced to the customer drawings/requirements.
  • Complete first off inspection
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Support, develop and mentor other colleagues & departments on technical machining issues

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to program and set CNC Turning and Milling Machines
  • Fanuc & Heidenhain Controls
  • Applicants will need to be proactive, able to work on their own initiative and assist other semi-skilled members of the team to reach their maximum potential
  • Excellent Communication skills

The Package:

  • A competitive salary dependant on skill and experience (OTE £30K to £40K – including overtime)
  • Pension
  • Attendance Bonus

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00, rotating weekly with a daily break (Double Day Shift)

Or

Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00 with a daily break (Night Shift)

Location:

The role will be based at our manufacturing facilities in Leicester.

Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: The role will be based at our offices in Leicester (LE4 9LN) however domestic and international travel may also be required

Brief overview of job role: The successful Marketing Executive will help deliver growth across the business to enhance the brands presence throughout all their digital avenues, including social media, email and web banners. Furthermore managing the business social media channels and supporting on upcoming campaigns

Main duties include:

– liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;

– communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships through CRM software, including Pardot/Salesforce;

– managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and video;

– Creating and distributing press releases on company products, services and news to local, national and international industry press

– Social media management

– maintaining and updating customer databases;

– organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;

– conducting market research for sales lead generation

– contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

– managing marketing budgets for multiple sectors and divisions;

– evaluating marketing campaigns; – monitoring competitor activity;

– To plan and carry out direct marketing activities using appropriate multi-media opportunities to agreed budget, sales volume requirements, product mix and timescales.

– Develop new concepts and ideas making use of appropriate multi-media for product promotion and marketing materials to major accounts by main market sector

– conduct market research including competitor analysis and customer surveys

– Update, maintain and improve the company website where and when necessary

– Liaise with digital agencies to devise online marketing plans including SEO, PPC and display advertising

– Manage external marketing agencies dealing with telemarketing and research

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

– Graduate with a 1st or 2:1 degree in numerate subject or have appropriate marketing qualifications

– Marketing experience with a working knowledge of search, social, affiliate, online display, and email marketing – training

– A very good knowledge of electronic database management

– Knowledge of social media and is aware of the latest marketing trends

– Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, all round PC / IT skills, previous experience of Microsoft

– The ability to communicate effectively at all levels

– Ability to meet sales goals / targets and happy to work autonomously and as part of a team

– Travel required (UK and International) therefore a Driving Licence, Passport are required

 Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00pm with a daily 60-minute lunch break
