Members of the Nylacast team in China were bought together to celebrate the Chinese Spring Festival and Chinese New Year.
Taking place at the Pullman Hotel in Changshu, a short drive from Nylacast’s manufacturing plant in the region, members of the management team welcomed their colleagues to the annual dinner and event.
Ahmed Akuka, General Manager of the Nylacast Changshu plant, provided an update of the company’s performance over the last year, as well as outlining the key achievements and successes.
In addition to a Lucky Draw taking place, five team members were also recognised for their outstanding performance during the past year.
Mr Zhang Meng Yi, Mr Huang Ke Li, Mrs Sophia Lian, Mr Si Xiao Yang and Mr Lie Hua Dong who each work in various departments from production and quality to maintenance and logistics were given an ovation by their colleagues as they were presented with their awards.
The Nylacast Changsu plant will be closed for Chinese New Year from Thursday 15 February 2018, reopening on Thursday 22 February 2018.
