NYLACAST APPRENTICES GRADUATE

Two of Nylacast’s engineering apprentices recently celebrated their graduation upon completion of their apprenticeships.

The graduation event organised by Leicester Employment Hub took place at the prestigious De Montfort Hall in Leicester, UK.

Nylacast congratulate James and Tre on their apprenticeship graduation.  Now fully qualified engineers, James and Tre completed their Engineering Apprenticeships at the Nylacast Training Academy in Leicester which is home to a stable of award winning training and development programmes and initiatives.

Here’s what they had to say about their journey from student to engineer:

“To graduate is a massive achievement, I have struggled in areas of my apprenticeship but Nylacast have supported me throughout my journey. I really enjoyed the practical element of my apprenticeship, coming in everyday to work with and learn from my colleagues across Nylacast.” James Hayes, Nylacast.

“Graduating was a pleasurable experience and a fantastic way to celebrate the end and success of my apprenticeship. At Nylacast I have really enjoyed learning and honing new life skills. My colleagues are brilliant to work with and I would highly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone looking for a profession, as it’s a good way to bridge your confidence into a professional environment.” Tre Francis, Nylacast.
