The Leicestershire Cares 2019 Awards took place on 2nd May 2019 at Winstanley House, Leicester, UK.
During the event Nylacast were presented with the award for Outstanding Support of Leicestershire Cares.
Having partnered with the charity for a number of years, Nylacast spend hundreds of hours a year supporting the charities many local activities, projects and initiatives. Through fundraising events team members at Nylacast have helped to decorate and restore community spaces, slept outside to support homelessness, held Christmas parties for senior members of the community and have even done a combined 1,000 mile walk, run and cycle. As an engineering company Nylacast also commit to regular support of the charities educational programmes which includes mock interviews, number partners, work placements and site tours.
