Caps off to an incredible group: Celebrating our 2026 Apprenticeship Graduates

At Nylacast, we are proud to invest in the next generation of engineering talent, and this month we had the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone.

On 4th July, our final-year apprentices graduated at De Montfort Hall as part of The Employment Hub Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony, which recognises the achievements of apprentices from across Leicester and Leicestershire. The event was a fantastic celebration of dedication, learning, and personal growth, marking the culmination of years of hard work and commitment.

Each graduate has demonstrated exceptional determination, resilience, and ambition throughout their apprenticeship journey. From developing technical skills and industry knowledge to overcoming challenges and growing professionally, they have all earned this achievement through their hard work and perseverance.

The Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony provided an opportunity to recognise not only the qualifications achieved but also the dedication and commitment shown by every apprentice along the way. These graduates represent the future of manufacturing and engineering, bringing fresh perspectives, valuable skills, and a passion for continuous development.

We are incredibly proud of everything they have accomplished and grateful to everyone who has supported them throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Congratulations to all our graduates on reaching this important milestone. Your achievements are a testament to your hard work, and we are excited to see what the future holds for each of you.
