Nylacast a keen investor in people with a commitment for developing the next generation of engineers, have recently welcomed a new wave of apprentices who are ready to embark on their journey from students to engineers in the Nylacast Training Academy.
The Nylacast Training Academy consistently promotes multiple careers within the engineering industry to a variety of audiences through regular engagement with schools, colleges and universities locally and nationally. As part of these activities, Nylacast continues to forge partnerships between industry and academia benefiting communities and economies.
Since 2010 Nylacast have developed over 50 Apprentices, 25 are currently still in the apprenticeship program and 78% of qualified apprentices have chosen to continue their careers at Nylacast.
