From London to Piacenza
A Month Packed with Shows and Polymer Solutions
September was a busy month for the Nylacast Sales Team, with exhibitions and events across the UK and Europe showcasing our Engineered Polymer solutions to a wide range of industries.
Our Maritime Sales Team attended Gastech in the second week of September, the world’s largest exhibition and conference for natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, and climate technology. During the event, they discussed the Chock Liner®, Nylacast’s innovative mooring protection solution. Designed to reduce the risk of rope failure and minimise abrasion when in contact with the chock or Panama fairlead, the Chock Liner® continues to make a significant impact in Marine safety and performance.
Meanwhile, others members of our Sales Team represented Nylacast at DSEI in London, UK, one of the most influential events in the global defence calendar. Discussions at the show focused on the current and new possibilities for Polymer Applications within defence equipment and systems.
Our CAQM (Construction, Agriculture, Quarrying, Mining) Sales Team had an equally eventful month, exhibiting at two major industry events. From 10–11th September, the team exhibited at Vertikal Days in Newark, UK, celebrating the event’s 18th edition.
As one of the UK’s leading exhibitions for lifting and working-at-height equipment, it provided the perfect platform to showcase Nylacast’s Engineered Polymer solutions for the construction sector. Our Big Foot Outrigger Pads were also featured across a range of equipment throughout the show.
Later in the month, the team travelled to Piacenza, Italy for the GIS Expo 2025, marking the event’s 10th anniversary. Exhibiting on stand O174b, Nylacast demonstrated how our Polymer technologies continue to deliver reliability and performance across heavy industries worldwide, with a big focus on our Wear Pads and Sheaves.
As we move into the final quarter of the year, Nylacast remains committed to engaging with customers and partners across every sector we serve. These events provide valuable opportunities to strengthen relationships, explore new applications for our Engineered Polymer solutions, and showcase the innovation that drives Nylacast forward.
