Staff at Nylacast’s Changshu plant recently celebrated one year with zero accidents.
This is another success story for the local team as they continue to grow from strength to strength following increased production, delivery and the award of additional industry quality standards.
Safety is key at Nylacast and its global sites where there is continuous safety improvement, training and the implementation of new safety initiatives. This includes the Fire training delivered to all staff at the Changshu plant based in China. All members of the local team successfully completed their Fire drill and Fire extinguisher training, a key life skill both within and outside the working environment.
This training was part of a safety day which took place at the plant to increase awareness of health and safety as well as introducing new initiatives and future training.
