12x CNC Machine Operatives (Immediate Start)

Job title | CNC Machine Operative

Location | The role will be based at our manufacturing site in  Leicester, LE4 9LN

Hours | Double Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00, rotating weekly with a daily break.

Nightshift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00 hours, with a daily break.

Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday working 6 am to 6 pm.

Job role:
The successful applicants will effectively and efficiently operate machine tools, ensuring the company’s product lines conform to quality standards and in accordance with the specified Engineering Drawing, whilst maintain daily production targets.

Main duties include, however not limited to:

• Operate & Set Machine Tools
• Check & examine products
• Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment
• Identify quality issues
• Hit daily production targets
• Keep Machine/workstation tidy and free from slips, trips and falls
• To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Be reliable and hardworking
• Be Familiar with CNC Machine Tools and Measuring Equipment
• Be able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Full training will be given
