The Nylacast China facility has full capability to fully finish, inspect and despatch Wormwheels for the Asia Pacific Market

Full on-site machining capabilities include:-

• Fully Automatic machining cells including poka yoke, quality monitoring and traceability marking
• Auto Transfer of parts to bore finishing to very fine tolerance limits
• Gear-cutting cells capable of DIN 8 quality or better Worm-Wheels
• Fully Automatic gear de-burring
• Fully Automated in line quality inspection system for certain key characteristics
• Dedicated logistics area with easy access for articulated vehicles
