To meet individual customer requirements, we provide the following services.
Sawing
We offer cut pieces from plates to your requirements with our Beam saw.
Billeting
With multiple circular billeting saw's we can cut rod, tubes and custom castings from 50mm to 670mm outside diameter.
2-Side Rotary Planing
In addition to standard plates, we also offer 2-side planing. Standard plates can be planed to a thickness with a tolerance factor of 0 to +0.4.
4-Side Planing
Angular 4-side planing is done where customer specification demands closer tolerances.Rod Rounding
Cast Nylon rods are available from 10mm up to 45mm diameter.
