Here at Nylacast we endeavor to actively support every individual's career development. Regardless of your tenure with the business, your seniority or role that you are in, Nylacast tries to create opportunities for it's employees to grow with the company & develop & learn new skills on the way.
The first steps within the training process within Nylacast is during the half-day induction program of your very first day. Here you will learn about the history of the company, its current state and our vision for the future. You will learn about the different divisions & the policies and procedures that we adopt. You will also be shown an in-depth Health & Safety presentation along with videos and practical demonstrations that everyone participates in.
Training & Development is not just about attending a course off-site. We have a variety of development programs that we adopt, which comes in the form of mentoring, buddy systems & coaching. We have even devised detailed tailored in-house training modules for you to gain the required skills for the job.
We are also committed to providing timely appraisals for every employee. During this one-to-one session with your Manager it is a fantastic opportunity for you to discuss your career development program and the training requirements that you believe would benefit both yourself and the company. It will also highlight areas of a skills gap analysis and with this a training & development program will be created.
