For many years Nylacast has been committed to supporting the local community,
drawing a high percentage of its workforce from the immediate residential
areas.
New recruits undergo an Induction programme to introduce them to the history
of the company, its main products and customer base, and to familiarize them
with the structure as well as the Policies and Procedures. This Induction
programme helps new employees to quickly integrate at Nylacast.
The Human Resources team provides its workforce with services in Training
and Development, identifying suitable training programmes to uplift skills
and qualifications.
